New User: Need to register to get userid and password. Email ID is unique for Userid. UserID and Password will be sent to the Registered Email ID.

Registered User: Use the Userid and Password to login into Portal to fill various forms.

Payment of Application Fees
1. Application processing fees is Rs. 500
2. Application processing fees should be paid through State Bank I-Collect
