Date of Physical Reporting for admission (Full Time HTRA candidates) : July 17, 2023 Date of Physical Reporting for admission (Full Time – Externally Funded, Full Time – Non Stipendiary, Part Time – External (On Campus), Part Time – External (Industry R&D), Part Time (Internal Staff)) : July 18, 2023 Detailed instructions regarding MIS registration, fee payment, list of documents to be produced will be mailed to the candidates

List of selected candidates for Ph.D. Admission (July 2023 session)

General Information and Instructions:

1	Please read the information brochure before Registration. Download it for ready reference.
2	Application fees should be paid through State Bank I-Collect before the deadline. You will have to submit the Challan number in the application form. Processing fee will be as per the number of departments applicant has applied to. If applied to 2 departments, application will be 2 x (Application fee per department according to category). Eg. If OC/OBC-NCL/GEN-EWS: Rs.2000 (2 x Rs.1000) If SC/ST/PwD: Rs.1000 (2 x Rs.500)
3	If any information given in the application is found incorrect, the application will be rejected.
4	Use Google Chrome for better experience
5	Candidates are instructed to send the softcopy (PDF) of their finally submitted application (without enclosures) to phdadmission@nitt.edu with mail subject: PhD Application Jul 23 - UserID

Payment of Application Fees
1. Application processing fees per department preference for OC/OBC-NCL/GEN-EWS is Rs. 1000
2. Application processing fees per department preference for SC/ST/PwD is Rs. 500
3. Application processing fees should be paid through State Bank I-Collect
